MAC pencil eyeliner i soooooo ****** good,

i suggest it to anyone stays on long..lasts for months! is the best

i don't really use 'pencil' eyeliner.... it turns out to run off easily... instead i use another version of pencil kohl eyeliner...

i use the retractable one...... it definitely works for me....

use revlon colorstay or almay!! trust me on this...

I use Urban Decay eyeliners. They're a little pricey but they go on really smooth.

I haven't found a good cheap eyeliner yet.

Covergirl perfect point plus. it self sharpens and has a built in smudger, and is found everywhere. but if you can find styli style get it because it's cheaper than mac and is basically waterproof.

Wet N' Wild has good eyeliners and they are pretty cheap :) some makeup artists even rave about them

well, when i use to wear dramatic makeup i use maybelinne define a line eyeliner, - and i still do ! - but im on a budget, so i use NYC eyeliner, good and cheap :)
