What's a good place to go for a 21st bday in San Diego? with under 21yo too. HELP!?

Birthday is on a Tuesday this year and I need good ideas to celebrate with my friends who are over and under 21 in San Diego. Any good ideas?

Even suggestions of good dinner places with under 21 crowd and a bar with over 21 crowd works too if nothing comes to mind. Help Please! I'm stumped.

1. The Strip Club downtown.... its a steakhouse

I think they might be 21+ but you could call and check. Its an awesome atmosphere. You get to cook your own steaks and there's pinup girls all over the walls

2. Beni Hana's - SO much fun with a group of 10 or less ....for a similar (less expensive experience) try Shogun Kobe

Dave and Busters.  They take all ages and have a huge arcade and billiards.  They do serve alcohol also, and the food is great.

When my daughter turned 16 we went from Phoenix to San Diego and took her to d**k's Last Resort.  If you are 21 they will really have fun with you, because she was 16 they toned it down a bit, but she still got jello shooters...they were just real jello ... no booze and the lap dance was great....if you're looking for something exciting, this is the place
