What's a good place to start a webcomic/blog?

I have just begun drawing my comics into Photoshop and now I want to introduce them to the internet, probably via a blog. What website is a good popular site for this?

The two most popular blogging sites seem to be Blogger and Wordpress. DeviantArt might also be a site you want to check out.

You can also do like many other webcomic artists do and put your comic up on a webhost that's specifically for webcomics. The advantage of doing so is that these sites are usually set up with features and templates that make it easier to upload, archive, and maintain a webcomic site.
