I depands what you use on the computer....

Gaming, media or just simple day to day use.

If you are going for gaming and looking at anything 42" or bigger, a plasma will be better as they have faster response time.

Samsung is a good make, one of the leaders within the market....Panasonic Viera are good too....

Of course you have sony...but at a higher price......
