What's a good program in France for foreign students who want to study french?

I'm going to college in the fall, and I've been taking French for three years in high school. I want to study in France for this summer. Can you recommend a good program in a nice location, preferably with an affordable price?

Well if you didn't mind going to Quebec.  The Universite Laval has a programme pour les non-francophones.  It is superbe!!!  Also Penn state sponsors a summer study excursion but it is quite expensive.
