What's a good program that will show me a breakdown of hard drive disc space?

I would like a clear. detailed analysis of which files, folders, programs, etc are taking up space on my computer and how much? Is there any freeware that can do this for me or is there something I have on Vista that can do it?

idk if vista has it but you can use the system defragmentor like on xp it will show you all that stuff and i think it has an option to free space
