What's a good quality, cheap, electronic PDA?

Pretty self explanitory. I need an electronic organizer and I want it to be pretty good quality, but not extremely expensive. I need it to have calendar/planner capabilities, and would love it to have lots of other capabilities too.

an alternative is to look for an old palm on ebay. it'll have less advanced features, but it will be way cheaper.
