What's a good quality and fairly cheap webcam?

I've heard that they range everywhere from $10 to $100. I'd like to buy one around $20 to $30 dollars, and have read that it is possible to get a fairly good quality one at that price (maybe nothing amazing, but something passable). What brand would you suggest buying? Where could I buy it?

Microsoft webcams are of great quality and are pretty cheap (under $30 or $40).
