  1. rubbing alcohol and lemon juice

  2. okay this is gunna sound really wierd but

i do it and it works

[ okay toothpaste, body soap, bakeing soda, honey, and water and stir it up.]

  3. i try to avoid chemicals and use organic items/foods whenever i can.

    1. stop touching your face unless your hands are washed. pay attention b/c most likely you are.

    2. don't use over drying soaps. a cleanser is gentle and doesn't strip your skin. i use honey to clean my face. honey is a natural antiobiotic. i rub it on (while skin is dry) while in the shower and wash it off with warm water at the end of my shower. so far it's working. if u don't care about natural things buy cetaphil skin cleanser - it's not too drying and cleans your face. sometimes it's good to use a washcloth while using the cleanser. don't over do it and use light, gentle, circular motions. why keep some of your natural oils on your face? read the "acid mantle" link i've included below.

    3. this one works even if u don't follow the first two. use tea tree oil. buy it on sale b/c the good stuff is pricy. mix a LITTLE tea tree (2 drops) with 3 drops of jojoba oil and apply to clean, skin (while dry) over night. wipe away any excess with a clean cloth. tea tree is a plant based natural antiseptic & antifungal. it has a strong smell but it really works. jojoba is also natural and it's chemically closest to human sebum. you'll find jojoba in a lot of skin care products. plus it does not clog your pores.

if you are getting a random zit, just put a drop of tea tree straight on the area overnight and it will shrink. sometimes almost disappear.

*test on a small area on your skin just to make sure you're not allergic. if not, you'll be good.

    *for external use only

    good luck!

  4. DON'T use toothpaste.i used it and got 4 burns on my cheeks.they were there for 3 days.

    use baking soda,it's wonderful.and honey.mix together.

baking soda helps heal pimples while honey moisturizes.

  5. Forget the toothpaste deal. It rarely works and is a bunch of bull.

Here is an honest, less expensive book. They are running a Labor Day Weekend special.

I went to my dermatologist and she gave me a copy of this book that she got from a great website on getting rid of pimples and acne and keeping your skin clear.

Me and my girlfriends did as the book said and we started school definitely with clearer skin.

I highly recommend it. Check it out at www.acnetreatmentscamsrevealed.com. The book comes with a personal consultant that you can ask questions to and get the right answers.

    Peace,

    Sl
