  3. Stephanie Meyers' Twilight Series! James Patterson's Women's Murder Club Series! Erin Hunter's Warriors Series! I could go on and on.

  4. Rise and Shine by Anna Quindlen

  5. Again, it is hard to suggest books when we don't have details.  Also, what do you mean by 'now'?  Do you just want the past couple of years?

Well, here is my best suggestions:

Harry Potter is for any age.

Sandra Brown has a new one out called Smoke Screen that is a thriller that is supposedly really good.

The Twilight series is a good paranormal romance.

Lisa Black's Takeover is also a good suspense.

The Eragon Trilogy (Bersinger comes out September 20th) by Paolini

Artimis Fowl series (there is a new one) by Eoin Colfer

Terry Brooks is still writing Shanara books

Star Wars books are still fairly popular.

This is just a few.  I hope they help

  6. Ah, the famous Twilight Saga.

Anything by Sarah Dessen or Meg Cabot.

  7. I just read You Suck a Love Story and it was hysterical its a comedy and love story about Vampires.

The Lies of Locke Lamora, is a fantasy novel, which typically isn’t my thing but it is one of my new fav novels, its basically a cross between Pirates of the Caribbean and Oceans 11, that sounds crazy but its true. It’s about a gang of thieves that pull big con artist jobs but something more sinister is going on as well. Lots of good action intrigue plot twists and its super smart and funny.

The Historian, this is another vampire novel but its not your typical one, itmore traces the history of Vlad the impaler and Vampire lore through time and different countries and cultures, there are some super natural elements too its really well written.

I also really like the Thirteenth Tale, it was just like a southern gothic novel, it was kind of dark and twisted and very cool.

I also really like Steven King, Micheal Criton, John Grisham pretty much any of there books are pretty darn good.

If you want just a light action adventure type the Clive Clussler novels about Dirk Pitt are good. The movie Sahara was based off one. They can be finished quickly and aren’t always the most believable but they are fun beach reads.

Thank you for smoking by Christopher Buckly. They came out with a movie based on the book but the movie was turned into some sort of sappy father son bonding thing it was awful and they ruined one of my favorite books. Now I no the title sounds weird but this is an AMAZING satire about the Lobby Industry in Washington and taboos about smoking drinking and guns---it holds no punches and at times I literally laughed out loud at the book.

Its also good to look at movies you may like because a lot of movies out now are adaptations from books. The prestige for example was a book before it was a movie, i havent gotten a chance to read the book yet but the movie was great.
