  1. Not too strange a combo...

I'd make a casserole (kind of like a fake meatloaf).  Are you able to add cheese? Yum!

  2. I like mix those ingredients with spaghetti and ketchup.

  3. How about a pie, with an italian style tomato, herb, cracked black pepper, garlic, chopped broccoli, tofu cubes, and kidney bean filling. Bake till golden & yummy. Have fun experimenting with your ingredients.

    Good luck.

  4. Stir-fry!

Firm Tofu - deep-fried or pan fried and set aside.  Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry ginger or garlic till fragant. Add in blanched broccoli and deep-fried tofu. Season to taste with salt or light soy sauce and pepper.  Throw in the cooked kidney beans.

    Clear Soup.

Boil kidney beans till soft, add in tofu and broccoli and bring to a boil. Season with salt, pepper, mushroom seasoning. Sprinkle few drop of sesame oil.
