  1. go to foodtv.com

  2. Cook the potato, cut it in half the long way. Carefully scoop out the middle without breaking the skin so it's like a bowl. Mash the middles with milk butter cheese (and whatever else you want to like bacon bits, chives sour cream). depending on how much work you feel like doing. Spoon filling back into the skins and bake til hot again. Turn on the broiler for a few minutes to get a cripier top to them!

  3. Bake your potato.  Cut a slit in the top and let cool for wa while.  Scoop out the insides and mix with salt butter pepper, sour cream if you want and cheese.  Put it all back in the potato and top with more cheese.  Microwave until the cheese on top melts.

You can put bacon bits or other toppings on at this point!  Be creative and bon appetit!

  4. bake your potato let cool a bit, slice open and give it a squeeze, scoop out the insides leaving a bout 1/4 inch thick on the sides of the jacket. put the insides in a bowl and smash with a fork, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and a pat of butter... mix in a little milk to get a mashed potato consistency then stir in some grated cheese and scoop back in to the jacket.. re heat and eat with a dollop of sour cream.

  5. ok what you need

    potatoes

    cheese--shreeded cheddar

    sour cream

    salt

    pepper

bake the potatoes or microwave them.

cut the potatoes in half long way

then scoop out most of the potatoe

put the "shell" of the potatoes on a baking tray

mix what you scooped out of the potatoes with sour cream, cheese and salt and pepper

then stuff the potatoe shell with it

    top with more cheese

and bake in the oven for about 5 min on 350..basically just until the cheese on top melts

  6. DOUBLE BAKED POTATOES

    4 lg. baking potatoes

1 sm. container sour cream onion dip

6-8 slices bacon, fried crisp & crumbled

    1/2 stick butter

    Shredded cheddar cheese

Bake potatoes until done. Cut a hole in top of each potato and scoop out contents. Leave skins intact.

Mix potatoes, butter and onion dip with a potato masher until thoroughly blended. Fold in bacon bits. Put mixture back into the potato skins allowing it to pile up over the top. Heat 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle cheddar on top and return to oven until melted. Very good and very fattening.
