What's a good restaurant/bar for a 21st birthday in Baltimore????

I'd like to find a restaurant and bar in or near Baltimore, MD for my girlfriend's 21st. Basically what we want to do is have close friends meet for a nice sit down dinner and then tell the rest of our friends to come later to have drinks and party. So I'd like a place that isn't too crowded or crazy but doesn't mind us all hanging out. If they have karaoke, even better!

It will be on a Thursday night.
