What's a good restaurant in Flower Mound, Texas?

I will be visiting my mother in Flower Mound, Texas next week and would like to take her out for a nice dinner. She doesn't care to drive all the way into Dallas. Does anyone know of a good place to eat locally?

Catherine is right, Bari's is REALLY good.  There was one in Denton originally -owned by a husband and wife, but they opened that 2nd one in Flower Mound.  I've only been to the one in Denton, but it's great.

Grotto is supposed to be really good too.  I haven't been personally, but know people who have and say it's great.

I also highly recommend Jinbeh if you like sushi/hibachi.  It's the best value for sushi you'll find in the area.

Grotto is really nice

If you want to go into Lewisville (10 minute drive if that) Saltgrass Steakhouse does a good steak. It's a Texas chain, but they are quite good.  For a bit of a nicer steak place, Bob's Chop House in Grapevine (10 mins the other direction) is fantastic. It's on the same level as Ruth's Chris. Very good but a little pricey.

If you want to venture into Carrollton (15 minute drive) Babe's isn't a fancy place at all, but they have the most amazing "home cooking". Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, etc all served "family style". They are seriously good! People rave about this place all the time, and it is worthy of it. It's more of a kitchy atmosphere though.

In Grapevine there is also a PF Changs, Ferrari's Italian Villa, and Silver Fox Steakhouse. All notable for high quality food, atmosphere and service.

You can travel less than 15 minutes in just about any direction and find very nice restaurants. Grapevine is West of Flower Mound, Lewisville is East, Carrollton is South East and Denton is North East.

for mexican food, cristina's has my vote.  the have the best guacamole made tableside and the tortilla soup is really good.  we go to the one in trophy club frequently just for the guacamole.  for italian, there's solarno's.  both are off FM 1171
