  1. Hello Rocky,

    There's a huge range of restaurants in the Hunter Valley (Australia) wine region and I've been fortunate enough to dine at quite a few of them.

    The swankiest is probably Roberts at Peppertree so if you're keen to impress this would be the best choice.

    For a great dinner in a more relaxed atmosphere I'd book into Amanda's on the Edge, which is a little more subtle.

    If you're looking for a restaurant/cafe for lunch on Saturday, head over to Leaves & Fishes for sensational fresh seafood which is farmed on location.

    I hope you enjoy your visit to the Hunter Valley.
