What's a good rolling hangover cure?

I always feel like **** when i come down and have a major head ache. I take aspirin but it really doesn't help.

  1. The feeling is not so great.

    To have a better rolll and better come down drink some type of vitamin water or vitamin C. Seriously it make is tons better.

    Andd when you know you are coming down, then maybe just blaze, but if you are not into that

    then there is this one vitamin that you take before, and after your roll and you are not supposed tohave a come down at all.

    The reason for your headache though is because of the braincells that were damaged ffrom the E.


  2. Consume a lot of water before you go to bed. This should priovde some relief to the dehydrating effects of alcohol. Drink lots of water even after you wake up.

    Its a good practice to eat something while and after your are drinking. This helps reduce the rate at which alcohol enters your blood and thus can help reduce the after-effects.

    Take vitamin C tablets. These help break down the alcohol content in your body.

    Never drink on an empty stomach. Food helps to absorb some of the alcohol and aids the body in digesting it faster.

    Try to eat starchy foods to slow down the alcohol absorption.

    Limit yourself to less than 1 drink per hour.

    Try to alternate your alcoholic drinks with nonalcoholic beverages such as water

    Stick to non-carbonated drinks as carbonation can speed up the alcohol absorption.

    Try to avoid sweet drinks (and sugary foods) while you drink. The sweet taste of the drink can make it difficult for you to judge how much alcohol you’re actually consuming.

    Take a BC powder or Goody headache powder before your first drink and there will be no hangover... I did this all weekend long celebrating a graduation and had NO hangover whatsoever... It really works!

  5. Before you go to bed drink gatorade or take at least 500-1000 mg of vitamin C. If you forget to do it before going to bed, then do it as soon as you get up. Hangovers occur because alcohol dehydrates the body so you need to restore the moisture balance. While drinking water does help, it works slower because the body also needs to replenish lost nutrients  such as potassium and vitamins, that is lost from drinking too much. Gatorade and Vitamin C both help in restoring this balance.

    I would say that your best bet is to:

    pop a multivitamin early in the morning before you roll,

    eat a good meal when you're done,

    try to get plenty of rest (I know it's hard, but put some blankets over your windows so the light doesn't wake you), and

    go out and walk and get some sunshine after you have rested.

  9. dont drink cheap booze, drink a full glass of tomato juice before you go to bed with the asprin. or any other beverage thats high in antioxidents.
