What's a good routine for jogging in the morning?

Like should i do the run, come home, do some stretches and what not. What would be a good plan?

  1. I think you should have a light snack, do stretches (and lots) then go for a run; come home and eat breakfast.


  2. before the run you should warm up, do lots of stretches. it may seem like a waste of time but you'll be happy when you did it because it prevents lots of difficulites. also, eat a nanna (sorry haha..banana) 30 minutes before you go for enough energy plus it prevents side stiches.

    then run your little heart out.

    & come home and stretch AGAIN. [[i also do a little core workout but you don't need to]]

    & eat breakfast!
