What's a good schedule that I can follow to burn fat?

okay, i need to get rid of this stomach. i mean not big, but i'm not satisfied- i was so tiny before! what's a good schedule that i can do? so far i eat oatmeal & banana's for breakfast, then come home and go on the exercise bike for 30 minutes.

is tuna on wheat bread a good lunch?

what are some good healthy foods, dinners, and snacks.

what are some exercises that i can do? for how long?

i would also like to tone down because i wanna shape up before joining paddeling in december :D

  1. if you exercise when you get up you will burn calories all day.

    Avoid carbs like bread

  2. go online and find a good dieting schedual and beleive in your self, with faith and perservearence you can achieve your goal, sorry i cant find a good link to give but ill keep looking.

  3. Don&#039;t eat before bed, have a glass of water instead.

    Swimming is one of the best exercises because you use your whole body.

  4. Avoid banana&#039;s, they are healthy for you but they contain a lot of natural sugar, which isn&#039;t good for dropping those pounds. Bread isn&#039;t good for that either. Don&#039;t eat so much dairy.

    Also, don&#039;t eat before you go to bed, wait three hours before you last ate to go to bed.

    Try doing cardio. For atleast 30 minutes, to however long you can do it, don&#039;t just stop at 30 minutes. Try walking, or jogging, go on a treadmill, eliptical, or get work-out DVD&#039;s. Also do yoga and pilates.



    Drink water everyday. Eat good meat for dinner (No pork,try chicken, fish, or turkey) with some vegetables. Snacks , try some fruit and basically things that you know are healthy and to your liking.
