Yes, I’ve found it hard to find good scrapbooking sites that are actually from people using the items and just not those from shops.  I was getting ready to scrap a Wedding Album for my friend and was surprised at the variety that’s out there.  You can try the ones that are below as I found the first one was good and had a good range.

Another thing to remember is when looking at spotlight etc  consider your travel time and petrol as this can add on too your bottom price.

I use these online sites often as well as discount stores and yard sales.

http://www.OrientalTrading.com - this is online and catalog order. I order from these guys all the time, you get a large quantity of supplies at a very low cost. Just request them to send you a catalog or you can order right online. They have a great selection for all occassions.

http://www.walmart.com - is another nice place to find some scrapbooking supplies.

http://www.target.com - usaully has great scrapbooking deals

http://www.photomix.com - great place to get digital scrapbooking software

http://www.stampinup.com - go here and request to be contacted by a demonstrator and maybe even through a party. You will get free items for the party and discounts on products or you can purchase directly online. I use this company often for my scrapbooking supplies.

I look for quality and quantity at a great price.

I like to buy bulk and try to find a wholesaler so you don't spend to much and you usually get more for your money then most stores.

http://www.paperwishes.com/ has a lot of stuff. I always drool over their stuff.. You can order a catalog and there are a lot of ideas using the stuff.

http://www.joann.com/joann/ is another good place. You can sign up for coupons to use also.. and they are always having sales.

http://store.scrapbook.com/ has a lot of stuff.. I've never bought from them, so I don't know about prices or anything, but it seems like that have a bit of everything.

mad about cards.com is a great site for all scrapping and cards. try putting scrapbooking into your search can come up with some really good sites. good luck!
