I know there's supplements but I need an everyday source. Would milk be good for the calcium...?

  1. Giving milk to plants is not a good idea. Peat moss, organic fertilizers, etc are good additives to increase the amount of minerals in soil. But, normally, soil would have these minerals, since they have undergo cycles.

Dissolved minerals from sediments of mineral-containing rocks also are the source of these.
