Uhh, the food dish can be from any Spanish speaking region. As long as it's not too simple and common, and really hard to do. I need to make this for my Spanish project. Please and thank you!

  7. Paella can get sorta complicated, and there are several varieties depending on what region of Espana. Cebiche is from Peru, and is pretty simple. Tortillas de Yuca is from Colombia and fairly simple, but flavorful as well. Desserts are good too. Churros are from Espana, and are great(you need a fryer though). Huellas are simple but good, and they don't take much babying or time.
