What's a good talent agency in LA that represents young adults?

Question

I just moved to Beverly Hills a few weeks ago for acting, and now that I'm all settled in, I want to start submitting my headshot/resume to agencies. I'm a 24 yo male, but I look like I'm 16. Also, I'm ethnic, and I am not with a union (yet).

I really want to find an agency that specializes in finding work for adults like me who can play younger. Any suggestions?

you're very lucky LA is packed but remember never pay an agency right off they get if you get payed well here a couple of sites good luck
