I'm just beginning a running program, to get in shape and lose some weight. I'm not very fit, so I can't run very long or fast.Right now I do about 2 miles on the treadmill, mostly power walking and jogging combined. Eventually I want to be able to run the whole way. What's a good target time to run two miles in for a new runner?
