  1. Do a "Grease" themed party complete with a dance competition. It will kinda be a 50's sock hop but it should be fun.

  2. i had a hollywood party for my 16th. IT was fun cuz my friends got to dress up and we had sparkaling cider in plastic wine glasses, a photoshoot on 'the red carpet' then we watched old movies all night long....and the whole thing was set up really fancy!

or if you want to have a dance themed party you can still have a hip hop theme maybe just with out your cousin teaching dances if thats what you dont want. If you wanted a fancier dance pary you could make it a black and white theme were all  the guest have to wear black or white (causal or formal clothes) and have a fancy dinner and afterward a dance.

hope these ideas helped a bit!

    happy 16th bday!!

  3. this really all depends on yours & yours friends interests

movie theme- can be done either glitz/hollywood style. everyone gets fancied up, play music from soundtracks, act like celebs (w/o the drama, drugs & alcohol!) for a night

OR go to the movies, a lot of movie theaters allow you to throw parties & see a flick

OR at home, get a bunch of "old movies" not sure what you're into but 80's teen flicks like 16 candles, bfast club-anything from "the brat pack" (google it, you'll see) are fun or even 90s ones http://www.1990sflashback.com/1990/Movie...

hawaiian beach party themes can be fun

you were gonna go to disney so maybe a "princess sweet 16"?

bowling night, lots of bowling places now have blacklights & music, they also offer party food at some- not sure what's in your area

the choices really are endless and totally depend on what you're into! have fun w/ it & don't do what your sister wants you to if you're not into it!!

  5. A rave party is always fun, lots of techno and hip hop music, neon lights and colors.

  6. Its my daughters 16 th this Saturday & she is doing an 80ts theme its fun & easy so people dont have 2 spend a heap on clothes. You could do a rock & roll theme. Do a theme that you will enjoy but think about how much people will have 2 spend. So try do something thats fun but doesnt cost a heap. Have a happy sweet 16th.
