One person suggested that asking the fan to buy you a burrito would make the experience more memorable for that person, and would satisfy your hunger too. Good idea?

  1. um ya thats not micheal stripe!!!POSER!!!

  2. A friendly "hello" and a smile should suffice.

  3. If you were a celebrity and someone from the general public recognized you, then offer to shake their hand and ask them their name. This may not seem very much to you,but it would most likely mean the world to that person. And keep in mind that its people like him/her that not only made you but can break you too.

I was reminded of a story where back in the sixties,Jimmy Stewart was filming a movie with Raquel Welch and from the time they arrived on the set,all she did was complain about being out in the sun and having to sign autographs during their off time.

Jimmy being a very patient person calmly took her to the side and mumbled"It's those people  that make it possible to pay your salary. Now get out there, smile and sign autographs and pretend you like it".

Many entertainers nowadays seem to forget that they wouldn't be where they are without the public buying their tickets, merchandise,or going to see them perform.

Also,I would offer to buy the person a burrito and sit there eating it with them.

  4. Get lost??? lol no not really but you can just smile and wave, no need to answer something more than hello.

  5. Oh My God Oh My God. Is it really you?!?!? Michael Stipe From the Rapid Eye Movement(s)? Wow .. dude .. That thing about you being in the corner. Wow. That sent me .. totally. Thank you for that...

I wasn't quite sure where you were headed with the Shiny Happy People thing.. but that chic from the B52s is totally a running jump, so well done there too. I was thinking it would be just GREAT if you would do a gig with William S. Burroughs, but then I remembered that he's dead.. of course that hasn't stopped Elvis, or Buddy Holly! Man..

Michael Stipe..  You should do a flck or maybe a tune with Tom Waits. That guy is weirdo, but he's a total turn on. I had a dream once where You came over to my friend Harvest's place, but then we couldn't find this jar of pickles.. somehow it was very meaningful. What do you suppose it means... My dream about you.. Michael Stipe .. and a missing jar of pickles? I woke up feeling hungry. What do you suppose that means?

    Wow. Rock on man.

  6. It depends what that person says to you, but I think if you are pursuing a career as an entertainer, then you have to appreciate your fans because they are the ones you are striving to entertain, so why not keep them happy with what they want.  If it is a photo, then gladly pose for one, or give them an autograph or just simply a nice hello and reply to their question.  It costs nothing to be a nice person, but the reward is infinite and it makes you feel good that you have made a nice impression on somebody who obviously looks up to you.  Good luck in your career and remember that you get what you give! lol

  7. "Whatsup"

  8. "You know... you can e-mail me through my YouTube account.  You don't have to stalk me in person.  Don't forget to subscribe!"
