  1. I'm from the Philippines and I live in the UK now

I'd prefer arriving here at noon/night so I could get some rest right away.

  2. nighttime, that way you can rest before you go sightseeing. but sometimes the thrifty part of me feels like i put good money to waste if i didn't check-in at the hotel on time.

  3. At daytime so I can hit the spots immediately, but more importantly, so that I can identify landmarks and not lose my way to the hotel.

  4. I prefer NIGHT TIME to let me rest for tomorrows hectic schedule of tour.

  5. It depends how long the travel.

If its just a short one (and I consider short spanning to 5 hours), then its nice to arrive at daytime. You could enjoy the view without feeling exhausted.

If its a long trip (more than 5 hours), I would prefer travelling at night. No matter how comfortable you are in your travel...it still is exhausting. The next thing you would want to do obviously is hit the shower and bed.

  6. any for me. i'm still energetic and active any time of the day...

  7. nighttime, if you're well-rested, you can appreciate everything, you're more alert and more open to new things

  8. Night time.

I like to feast my eyes on things, especially moving, swaying, captivating things.

  9. if going to a vacation, I would say daytime... to go for what we were supposed to do...

if going back home after vacation, I would say nighttime... to unpack a little bit and rest...

  10. It depends if it's a work-related/business or leisure travel trip. If it's the former, I like to arrive at my destination at night time so I can head right to the hotel and take a rest before the big day then do some sightseeing and side trips if there's much ample time after the business is done. If my trip is for vacay or leisure, I prefer arriving at my destination at day time to get a glimpse of the city roads, landmarks, or any other scenic views.

If I go back to the Philippines, it doesn't matter what time I arrive, hotel rate and taxi availability and fare is the same night time and day time.
