Question:

What's a good vegetarian sauce for ramen?

I mean the fake "ramen"... the little packages you get in the store for 15 cents. :)

I wanted to add green onions and cilantro, not sure what else to add...

  1. I sometimes use vegan butter to make ramen into a kind of stir fry which turns out great. I also use tomato sauce (buy it canned or make your own) and  make like a spaghetti of sorts out of it. Lots of fresh herbs, olives, celery, etc.

    I live off ramen some weeks when money is tight. You learn to get creative with it.
