I need a company because I am looking to buy a good vitamin for myself. I wake up very tired and fuzzy-minded every morning, so I figured I should get a good vitamin that can help that

  1. Look for something in liquid form as the absorption rate will be much higher.  This juice contains fruit from across the color spectrum, is loaded with antioxidants (suggested 4oz serving is the equivalent of eating 13 pieces of fruit), vitamins and minerals.  It also has omega-3-6-9 fatty acids, fiber, phytonutrients and essential amino acids.  Many people have reported an increase in energy and mental clarity while using this product.

  2. pharmaton capsules are really good.

You can buy them from any Chemist or Boots. costs around £7-9.

But make sure to read instructions before you take. Also preferable to be taken with food, because it is quiet a large capsule and you can feel sick if you take in empty stomach . Hope that helps =)

  3. I've tried B Complex and Multivitamin before and i discovered that B complex gives a better effect than multivitamin does.

A teaspoon of pure honey, not the commercial ones (alternatively Royal Jelly) every morning. can do the trick too. It gives a boost of energy without compensating it later, like caffeine does.

  4. Omega-3 and omega-6. Also your b vitamins, and zinc. I take fish oil enhanced with omega-3 and omega-6 which are sold at pharmacys, it helps me alot with concentration. Zinc and b-vitamins can be obtained from a multivitamin, look for one enhanced with b-vitamins as stated before.

  5. A men's or women's energy multivitamin every day might perhaps help.  They contain extra B vitamins for energy.

  6. B Complex
