What's a good warm up routine before resistance training?

A 5to10min routine that I can do at home. Beginner Level. Thanks.

  1. Walk at about 3.5 mph on a treadmill for 5 minutes and then stretch for ten, same stretching after your resistance training but get at least 20 minutes of treadmill at 5 mph after, it will flush the lactic acid from your muscles.

    I use yoga stretches but the above are great too and remember that limber muscles are healthy muscles that are injured less.
