  1. I like to keep my hair about that long... I use salon shampoo and conditioner (biolage fortifying shampoo and k-pak or bain de terre conditioner) as well as neutrogena triple deep conditioning mask twice a week. I don't actually wash the bottom of my hair, I wash the roots and it gets washed by the shampoo rinsing down and out. Every time I after I wash my hair I spray k-pak liquid reconstructor spray in my hair before I comb it. Now that my hair is especially dry from dying, when I wash my hair I cover the middle and ends with conditioner, leave it on for a couple minutes to moisturize then only wash my roots, rinse all of it out then condition all over again including my roots. It protects the ends from the shampoo.

  2. hmmm long hair needs to be healthty

otherwise you get lots of split ends

    which i haddd

    alot

until i cut my hair like 3 inches shorter

    use pantenne

its a good shampo and it pretects your hair

anddd use a mositrizer on your hair too

  3. My daughter has very long (she can sit on it), fine hair.  I condition it twice a week with z Pro V Restoratives.  This is one that comes in a jar, not a tube.  It is very rich and stays were it is applied.  I apply it generously, working it though all the layers of the hair with my fingers.  I leave it in for a full 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm, not hot, water.   This leaves her hair satin-y, shiny and so easy to comb through.
