What's a good way to get myself motivated to work on a project right now?

Physical harm is always a good motivator...

Go sit in the waiting area of the unemployment office for a half hour.

Find a part of it that you are interesting to see the outcome and work on that... You might have to get other things coded to get to that point, but the more you get done the better.

Well, it's obviously a weight on your shoulders or else you wouldn't be searching for motivation ideas on the internet. Just think about when it's done though, that amazing feeling! That weight being lifted off your shoulders! You know you wanna do it, you know you want that weight to be lifted!

well u should really think about whats gona happen if u dont do the project. ur going to get an F. and then in the future, when u want to go to college and get a job ur grades will b so bad that they wont let u in! the F will affect u for the rest of ur life.

Just think about what would happen when you finish it. The feeling that you would get and how proud you will be.
