What's a good way to lose weight?

Please don't waste my time by calling me fat, because i know i am. I'm 13, 5'7", and weigh 145 pounds. 145 may seem like a lot, but i wouldnt say im extremely obese when i look in the mirror. I also wear a size 9 jeans. What is the fastest way to lose weight other than diet pills?

  1. 145 isn't a lot for someone your height. Bike riding is really good and I always lose weight when I do that every day. You can do the special k diet where u eat a bowl of cereal instead of an evening meal (as well as for breakfast) and you can lose a few pounds as well

  7. you are 13?go play sports,dance and do martial arts...consume NO fastfoods,sugary drinks and junkfood...fast weight loss isnt healthy...as long as you lose 1-3 lbs a week thats good enough to stay healthy
