  1. Try using a bottle of Italian salad dressing. It is easy and taste good.

    Another way is to use:

    1 c. Olive oil

    1 c. Rice Vinager

    1/2 c. soy sauce

    1. minced clove of garlic

    4-5 bay leaves

    a little black pepper

Soak the the chicken in the mixture and grill it. (the vinigar helps to soften the meat.)

  2. olive oil and pepper and lemon

  3. Marinated Grilled Chicken

    INGREDIENTS

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

    1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian-style salad dressing

    1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper

    salt to taste

    DIRECTIONS

Rinse chicken and pat dry. Place in a shallow glass bowl and pour 1/2 bottle of salad dressing over it. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Lightly oil grill and preheat to medium high.

Remove chicken b*****s from marinade. Season with lemon pepper and salt to taste. Grill over medium high heat for 10 to 15 minutes on each side, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.

  4. yogurt

  5. less than an hour?  i would just do soy or teriyaki marinade.

    favorite marinade for chicken:

    1/3 cup soy sauce

    1/3 cup water

    3 cloves garlic

    2 green onions finely sliced

    3 tablespoons sugar

throw it all in a bag with the chicken and marinade as long as possible

it might not be enough in an hour though to make a big difference.

you could look at all those 30 min marinades they sell in the grocery stores.

other than that, chicken doesn't really need a marinade, and you might be better with a baste/glaze.

  6. Italian Salad Dressing. It is my favorite chicken next to teriyaki!! I would do the italian but you could also do teiyaki. They both taste great

  7. Buttermilk marinade will make the most tender, juicy chicken ever. There's a recipe in the source.

  8. Steak & Ale Meat Marinade

    for meat or chicken

    1 3/4 cups Pineapple Juice

    ½ cup Soy Sauce

    ½ cup Dry White Wine

    1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar

    1/3 cup Sugar

    1 tsp. Garlic, minced fine

Simply mix all together. You can let the meat sit in here for up to 24 hours.  Grill or pan-fry the meat of your choice. Add a little bit of butter to the pan if you are going to cook it in a skillet.

  9. olive oil lemon juice and zest salt pepper and crushed garlic
