  1. Get into the habit of walking straight to the bathroom after getting out of bed and going to the bathroom immediately before going to bed. If you stand in the bathroom long enough wondering why you're there - you'll remember...

  2. Smell your own breath - it will repulse you and then you will brush your teeth.

  3. put a toothbrush behind your ear

  4. Put up little sticky notes on your bathroom mirror. And every time you go in your bathroom you will have a reminder.

  5. Make it a habit.  My mom says a habit forms in 3 weeks???  Never heard if that is actually true or not, but get a "fun" toothbrush (if that's possible) and your favorite toothpaste and mouthwash and just do it morning and night for 3 weeks.  I write notes on my mirror in dry erase marker.??

  6. I have also heard that doing something for 3 weeks generally results in a habit being formed. Maybe you could get a calendar placed in plane site that you will have to view every day while at home. On each day for a month write "brush teeth" twice daily, one in the AM and one on the PM. Hopefully this will help form your good habit.

  7. Hello, Well now I can't imagine what your issue is with remembering but here's an idea...If you go to work each day just place your car keys next to your toothbrush at night...If you then fail to brush you have a more serious issue than a flawed memory...I once suggested that a patient buy a cheap alarm clock and set it in the bathroom next to the toothbrush holder and set the alarm to go off before time to leave the house or lounge for the day...It worked very well.

Good luck and I wish you good brushing and a good day.
