What's a good way to wake up early and not feel tired?

  1. Set your alarm an hour before you are supposed to wake up, and keep hitting the snooze until the time your supposed to wake up. It makes you feel like you've been sleeping for so long, and after a while you'll want to get up, and you'll be completely awake. Always works for me.

    EAT A LIGHT BREAKFAST (CEREAL, TOAST, EGGS)

    DRINK PLENTY OF WATER

  3. Make sure you sleep your 8 hours. It will take some time to adjust.  

  4. Make sure you get the right amount of sleep. Try getting between 7 to 8 hours of sleep. If you work a night shift you will probably always feel tired because the human body reacts better to sun light then darkness. If you cannot afford that much sleep taking a 20 minute nap in the middle of the day will help. You just have to make sure you don't go into a deep sleep as this can make you even more tired since this would put you into a REM stage which is a deep sleep stage.
