Never in my life have I ever used anything to wash my back with, I usually just stretch my arms and wash around my back then I use a wrag with both my hands from the top and bottom to wash the middle that I can't reach. It really doesn't do much for me so what can I do to wash the area really good?

  1. a back scrubber u use in the shower

  2. I grab a bar of soap and rub my upper back with it.  I can reach my upper and my lower back, but not my middle back.  The soapy water that flows down when I wash my upper back does the washing for my middle back.

  3. Get a back scrubber.

  4. one of those bath spounges

  5. Get a sponge brush stick thing from any shop

    And LOL@ first answer

  6. Use a pair of loofah gloves.  They have texture like loofah and since you wear them they give better scrubbing contact to your skin.

  7. A good cheap $1 back scrubber is available.  It is almost like a towel but used primary for scrubbing and therefore you stretch behind your back for scrubbing.

  8. Shower with a friend of course!!!  That's the best way I know!

  9. Rub your back continuously onto the floor of the tub.

  10. have your woman to wash it.

  11. With a hand towel soaped up and put behind tere and use both hands it might be to late?

  12. Get a helper.

  13. Get a loofah with a long stick on it. It works good :)

  14. Take help of your mom.

  15. At many stores (and I know specifically in the cosmetics section at Target) they have loofahs on a stick. You can lather them up and reach your back with ease.

  16. Get one of the back things... youll look g*y... But if you must

  17. They have these sticks with sponges or lufahs on the ends on them. They're really cheap and you can find them at your local drug store.

Or you can attach a wash cloth or sponge to a ruler or pole.

    Shower buddies work too.

  18. get a girlfriend to shower with u

or get a scrubby thing with a handle

  19. Just get a sponge on a stick at a store!

  20. I find that if you go out and buy a long handled brush with soft bristles it is easy to reach around and scrub your back. You can buy them from your local supermarket for like $3. Be sure not to use to much soap on your back whilst doing it and give your back a rest assuming you do it in the showers sometimes because believe it or not a dry back can cause bacne problems if washed like that to regularly.

    Good luck :)

  21. get one of those lufa sponges with the handle on it :)

  22. I like the friend assistance method.
