What's a good workout routine w/ Wii Fit? Is it better do all the activities (yoga, strength, aerobics, balance)

everyday or to alternate between activities (something like yoga/aerobics one day, strength training/balance the

next)?

  2. I like to do the yoga first, then strength, aerobics and then balance when i feel like it.  

    I try to do a little bit over an hour a day and that has worked for me.

    i don't like to do aerobics or strength right away because my muscles need to be loosened before i get more physical

  3. Well, I would keep jogging, I lost over 3lb in a day with continuous jogging. Definitely keep up the muscle work outs, and yoga is relaxing in the evening/ early morning. Balance games are good if you feel a bit ill, dizzy or whatever. Hope this helped.
