Question:

What's a good workout that'll help me run longer/faster without tiring out?

I'm 14, 5'4, 106 pounds.

I run 7.6km and bike 1.9km every other day.

The reason I want to do this is there's a charity run coming up in late September. I know that with that in mind there's little time for improvement, but I still want to try so I place well in it =D.
