What's a good zit fighting gel or mask spot treatment?

I was looking at reviews for products like this and I saw that Clean & Clear PersaGel 5 got pretty good ratings, but some bad ones too. Are there any products like the Refining Mask from Proactiv from other companies available for purchase?

I have adult acne and I use the Dermalogica Special Clearing Booster and it works wonders. I have tried the Pro-Active and it does work as long as you don't stop using it. Once you stop, they come back..lol

The BEST BEST BEST one is Panoxyl. It is available as a face wash and a cream for topical use. It's pretty strong though, so you may expereince mild acne for a week or two and then as if by magic, the spots should dissapear and leave your face ultra smooth.

I'm not sure if this is the best, best, best, but the spot treatment I use is Clean and Clear Advantage Spot Treatment. It really works for me; just put it on before you go to bed in problem areas and it makes the pimples tiny and barely visible after one use. If you use it again, they pretty much go away. It's available at Target and Wal-Mart.
