it depends on your lip color and skin tone. but, nothing i always natural. however if you are looking for a product then the burt's bees lip shimmers come in a wide variety of shades

you know this actually all depends on you skin tone ... but i would suggest going with a gloss they usually have a low tone and some shine to them :) and they look great

Bonne Belle Lip Smackers Dr. Pepper flavored lip balm.  It looks just like little girl lips!  Cherry Chapstick adds just a natural hint of color as well.

the most natural color i hav found is not nude. actually, it is the color of ur lips when they are chapped. so the next time ur lips are chapped, see what color they are. that way, it will match ur skin tone! ps: mine is a reddish pink, and when i wear that color, it looks so natural on me!
