  1. When i tried to lose weight i went on an all veggie diet. It wasn't pleasant, but i lost like 5 pounds in a week with minimal exercise. All i did was eat salads & veggies for every meal. It worked.  


  2. Drink water and fruit/vege juices = loose weight

  3. eat 1500-1900 calories and exercise foe 30 min. best would be walking! or swimming!

  4. skating and biking.
