  1. olive oil and vinegar?

    healthiest no fat at all

    omega 6

    healthy

  2. not all fats are bad fats, some fats are good, such as olive oil. a really nice salad dressing that isnt bad for you is to mix 3 parts olive oil with 1 part balsamic vinegar, and a squeeze of lemon juice. if you like tabasco, add a shake of that too. its lovely! you want to avoid creamy salad dressings. they are the fatty ones.

  3. I love raspberry vinaigrette dressing. It has no fat and great flavor. Next time you're in the grocery store, take the time to read the labels. The creamier the dressing, the more calories they have, even the fat free ones. I'm on a low calorie, low fat diet, so I've had to do my homework. <*)))><

  4. i use a spoon of olive oil and vinegar with a touch of salt.SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good!!!!

  5. home made kind with vinegar & lemon.

  6. Lard. Its so totally low fat. Oh wait....

  7. I like those spray salad dressings..I can't remember what brand they are...but there are all sorts of flavors, they are so low in calories and fat compared to the standard dressings, there is almost nothing in them! and they really taste gooood. I thought they would taste watered down and have to spray the whole bottle on the salad to get a taste or something lol, but they really surprised me and I love them now.

  8. the clearer the dressing the better it is for you... the thicker, the worse

  9. Oils are good.Olive oil about best, sunflower oil very good, there is a number of worse ones:soya oil, canola oul etc.How could You eat them dry anyway?Add as much as just makes the salad "wet" with oil,but no more.Wet means the salad pieces do not stick to each other when You use a spoon to mix the vegetable slices into one salad
