People from school put me in home-bound. Is it that a home-bound teacher come to my house and work with me? If I don't like it can I quit? Will I still be a student(Real full student) at my school in home-bound? Will I still go to school everyday in home-bound?

  1. Home bound means you will stay at home and a teacher will come visit, check your work, give you assignments and answer your questions. It is a type of independent study. In most districts, you are still a part of your school because this is a temporary arrangement. You will return to your school when you are able to. Usually this is offered to students who are ill or having problems at school that need some time away from school.
