  1. sometimes i cut up a big tomato & i sprinkle a little salt & pepper on the slices of cut up tomato


  2. Celery. It takes more calories to eat celery then there are calories in the celery.

  3. I like to make little grab bags of snacks like sliced fruit or veggies of cheese and leave them in the fridge.  Then when I want a snack it is already cut up and ready for me.

    i also usually like to put some in the freezer

    they taste so good and it is more filling =]

    How about chilled fruit whip

    Cool whip Free/Fat Free yogurt, your choice flavor (I use vanilla)/sliced strawberries with juice (I use frozen, no added sugar)

    Thaw cool whip and strawberries (or any fruit, actually).

    4 c yogurt

    1 12oz container cool whip

    1 pkg frozen berries

    8 serves, and it can be stuck in the freezer for 30m to sort of harden up.

    takes 5 min to mix, low fat and SO GOOD.

  13. you can eat reduced fat triscuts with one slice of fat free kraft singles. just cut the cheese to a size that covers a good portion of the triscut and enjoy!

    a small salad with a boiled egg cut on top with your favorite fat free dressing.

    crackers and fat free peanut butter (careful with the peanut butter. two tablespoons in 180 calories!)

    baby carrots or celery with fat free ranch dressing
