Example : You go the social security and tell them you're disabled. A person has Autism or Bipolar Disorder.

You get a letter in the mail 4 months later telling you to go have a Mental Examination.

You will be tested by a licensed psychologist who has the the formal experience and the academic credentials to analyze the results of the test and to give a formal decision as to the veracity of your claim.

The test will be similar to an IQ test, but instead of measuring IQ, it will be measuring your propensity to manifest specific psychological behavior which is classified as dysfunctional.
