  1. a mystery shopper is an undercover critic (or person checking out how the place/shop is doing) playing the role of an ordinary shopper. the mystery shopper is more likely to ask for some service and look around more.


  2. My wife.  Never know what she's going to bring home or show up on my credit card.

  3. basicly a company pays you to go to buisnesses and buy stuff or their services, and then fill out a report, and they reimburse you (some pay you extra)

  4. A person who is payed to evaluate your customer service a report back to your company.
