If you like super fancy, then go for the restaurants at the Edsa Shangri-la Hotel, or Via Mare Restaurant at the penthouse of Tektite Towers (oysters are the specialty, and it offers a fantastic view of the city at night!).  For something that's still fancy but with a more casual vibe, try the 6th floor of Shangri-La Mall (there is a very popular Greek restaurant there), or The Podium Mall (Casa Armas for good Spanish cuisine).
