What's a nice place to have dinner in Las Vegas?

My wife and I are staying at Paris. We are going to see Spamalot at The Wynn on Friday. Don't mind spending $150 on dinner for the two of us.

Go to Caesar's Palace at least once. Also, check out Margaritaville in The Flamingo one evening.

Go to any nearby hotels there or search it on www.vegas.com or google or yahoo search it. Me and my bf found out this cool japanese restaurant where they will cook infront of you it's called Minzuno japanese rest. it looks really cool and fancy i think it's $50 dollars a plate!? but yea a little research because that's what we did were planning to go there too by next month or july =))
