What's a "Backup account"?

On a computer it is most likely referring to a secondary account that you create with admin rights that will let you access your computer if anything happens to your normal account.

well i know on YA its account made so that when you either reach you answering/asking limit you can continue to use the site, and so when one gets suspended it's already there and ready

oh.... sorry i saw the question on contacts and didn't even see the section it was posted in. Not sure then, don't have a back up youtube account and not sure why'd you need one
