What's a "Raw Vegan?"

A vegan person that does not heat any of their food above 118 degrees Fahrenheit.

Most people that consider themselves raw foodists eat mostly raw or uncooked foods but allow some traditionally prepared food.

It's a vegan whose diet excludes any foods heated over a certain temperature. Though the temp. is in question because I've seen several different temps thrown about recently.

In response to the answer above:  The temperature I've always seen stated is 112 degree Fahrenheit, because that's the temperature that enzymes "die" at.
